Free-Standing Fold-Flat Entry Boxes
Our free-standing fold-flat entry boxes are perfect when you're in need of portable entry boxes that can sit on the floor and be used again and again.
Users can lean on the surface of the box to complete their forms then post them through the slot in the top.
The base is made from long-lasting polypropylene so can fold flat when not in use and be used again and again as required. The top is made from MDF with a hard-wearing melamine finish. Graphics for the front panel and header board can be easily updated as required.
Size 300mm square x 900mm high, plus header board.

The entry boxes are constructed so the bases fold flat when dismantled.
Simply unfold the base, insert the square shape former and the base is ready. Then add the graphic (if supplied separately) plus top and assembly is complete. A single entry or ballot box should take one person less than 3 minutes to assemble.
Add your own logos, branding or custom colours to create the perfect finish. We have a variety of printing options available, including both permanent self-adhesive and interchangeable styles. For additional branding we can even brand the plinth top!
For the biggest impact and versatility, we recommend the interchangeable 4 - sided stretch fabric sleeve that simply slips over the base. This is dye-sublimation printed on a washable, heavy-duty lycra fabric.
Add a carry bag if you're planning on moving the entry units around from place-to-place often.
With robust materials and construction, this durable design is suitable for multiple use over a long period and carries a 5 year warranty!
The warranty applies to non-graphic components and is available to the original owner of the unit. The warranty does not cover mistreatment or normal wear and tear.

Standard production lead time for Fold-Flat Entry Boxes is 1.5 weeks. This time is calculated from when you place your order and print-ready artwork has been prepared.
