Sending artwork

We want to make transferring your digital artwork as easy as possible. If you need help then please contact us and we'll help you through the process. Please read our required artwork specifications prior to sending. You MUST advise us once you have sent your artwork.

E-Mail

If your digital files are less than 5 Mb total then email them to us. If your files are over 5 Mb then use our upload server.

Uploading to our Server

This supports PC or Mac computers and files up to 2Gb in size. We recommend you compress your files to speed up transfer (see below).

Courier

Yes it's old fashioned and slower but that suits many people just fine. Click here for our address details and don't forget to let us knows it's coming!

Compressing Artwork

Compressing artwork reduces a digital files size. Here are some effective ways of doing this.

PDF : Adobe acrobat (.pdf) is a universally accepted document format that can compress the artwork it contains making it efficient for electronic transfer. Care must be taken not to compress the data too much or else the image quality will deteriorate. See www.adobe.com.

Winzip Compression software : Winzip (.zip) allows multiple digital files of any type to be compressed into one single file. This file can then be uncompressed by the recipient.
