Banner StandsPlinths with Lighting
Using a display pedestal or plinth with in-built lighting is one of the most effective ways to draw attention to your display. The light is generally directed upwards through the top of the plinth, shining on to any item sitting on top. As a general rule the plinth top will feature a frosted or colour tinted acrylic or Perspex, which will enable the light to shine through.
The lights can be connected to a battery pack inside the plinth itself, which can save you from having to run power cords to each plinth. The battery pack is rechargeable, making it perfect for overnight recharging at trade shows and conferences.
Lights can be built into a variety of our plinth designs, however the most popular style is the portable/flat folding variety as they are the most versatile and user-friendly option.
Materials
Portable plinth bases are manufactured from strong, light, 5mm thick extruded polypropylene, making them easy to handle and assemble. Polypropylene is easily cleaned with any non-corrosive household cleaning product. A variety of materials can be used for the plinth tops, however they are generally made from acrylic or Perspex so as to allow the light to shine through
Colours
Plinth bases are available in a small range of standard colours including white, black, blue, red and green. Add your own logo, branding, or custom colours (either removable or permanent) to suit your requirements. The acrylic tops are available in a wide variety of colours. The most popular colour is a frosted white.
Sizes
Standard widths are 300mm, 400mm, 500mm and 600mm square. Heights range from 300mm to 1200mm. A 'standard' plinth size is 400mm square and 900mm high.
